Tickets Anonymous Support helps you make your tickets more professional, keep staff safe from harassment, and help make your support seen as a Server Handled thing.
How To Setup & Use
First off you'll need to run /anon-setup
Options
Anon-role: The role that can use the feature.
Anon-channel: The log for anon messages.
If you havent already create a ticket panel.
When a Ticket is opened run /enable-anon-support this will enable Anonymous Support on that ticket.
⚠️ | You cannot disable Anonymous Support once it has been enabled.
Next Either Send a Message or run /anon-message to send a message as the server support.
Messages sent will be instantly deleted. Non-support will be uneffected by the Anon support feature protecting staff from harassment
All Messages sent via this feature will be logged in the server selected during setup.
Possible Errors
Forbidden type error
You can fix this by purchasing & activating Tickets Pro.
Enable Anon Support to fix this error.
To fix this error use Tickets's Ticket Panels.
